Fun fact about me….I love to bake. I love the smell of fresh cookies in the oven when it is chilly outside! And Holiday baking is some of my favorite baking. I have a whole list of cookies that I bake every year. Most of the recipes are family favorites from my Grandma’s on both sides. But maybe I should explain what this has to do with scrapbooking..LOL. The Freshly Baked collection from CTMH is going to be perfect to document all the photos from baking and maybe even document the recipes!

One of my favorite holiday baking traditions is Candy Cane Bread. Some of my children also now do this as part of their holidays. It is a sweet bread dough with a cream cheese and jam filling with the bread braided over the filling and shaped like a candy cane. I think this has become a favorite even over most of the cookies. So fun to see a favorite go to the next generation. And always yummy to eat.
That sounds wonderful and a great tradition
