What payment methods can I use?
At Chris’ Creative Life, we want to make it easy for you to access our amazing content. That’s why we offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We accept all major credit or debit cards and PayPal. You can choose the option that suits you best and start exploring all the exciting workshops and resources we have to offer. So go ahead and pick the payment method that works for you, and let your creative journey begin!
What happens if I am not redirected to download my workshop files?
Please check your email! Upon purchase, you’ll be redirected to your downloads and you will receive an email with links to your purchase(s) as well.
What if I can't find the files I purchased previously?
Log in to your account here, and click the Downloads link on the left of your screen. All your previous connected purchases can be found there.
How do I update my payment method in my account?
Login to your account here, and click the link to “Payment Methods” on the left side of your screen. Here, you can delete expired payment methods and add your most current payment information.
How do I fix a failed payment for my subscription?
Please make sure you delete any expired or invalid payment methods and enter a working payment as soon as possible. Your subscription will renew once you update your information.
What are the documents included in a workshop?
