Have you ever looked at a design and thought… I love this, but I wonder what it would look like a different way?
That’s exactly what I did this week..
For this week’s live, I started with one of the beautiful artwork samples shared by Stampin’ Up! using the Notes of Spring Product of the Month—and then gave it a little twist.
Instead of creating just one version… I created three.
Same design. Same layout.
Just three different ways to color it—and a few thoughtful supply swaps to match each style—and wow, does it ever change the feel of the project!

Let’s Take a Look
🌸 A: Original Watercolour
This version keeps that soft, artistic feel.
It’s light, a little dreamy, and has that “effortless” look that watercolor always brings.
For this one, I leaned into that softness by choosing supplies that complement the look—keeping everything a little more subtle and blended so nothing feels too harsh.
If you love a more organic, slightly imperfect finish… this one is for you.

✨ B: Blends
Now this one has a bit more punch!
Using Blends gives you deeper color, more contrast, and a polished finish.
It’s still soft, but everything feels a little more defined and bold.
I also adjusted the supporting supplies here to match that stronger look—adding elements that help the colors stand out and feel a bit more vibrant overall.

🌿 C: 2-Step Stamping
This one might surprise you!
Clean, crisp, and super quick to put together.
If you love a more structured look—or want something that comes together fast—this is a great option.
Here I switched up the supplies again to support that clean style—keeping things more simple and intentional so the stamped images really shine.

Same Design… Totally Different Feel
This is one of my favourite ways to create.
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every time you sit down to craft.
Sometimes it’s just about taking one idea and exploring it a little further.
By changing both the coloring technique AND the supporting supplies, you can create completely different looks from the same starting point.
Now I Have to Ask… 💛
Which one is YOUR favourite?
👉 A: Watercolour
👉 B: Blends
👉 C: 2-Step Stamping
