Spring heralded the joyous return of our virtual events with the A-May-Zing Sketch Camp. The camaraderie and creativity on display were simply breathtaking. It was a reminder of the magic that happens when we gather, share, and create together. Your layouts, participation, and excitement made this event an unforgettable chapter in our book of 2023!

This summer was a different kind of adventure – a journey inward and a time to grow. I dedicated this season to learning new skills and deepening my knowledge to better serve our amazing community. With a few carefully selected classes and workshops, I dove deep into the sea of continuous learning. And, of course, it was also a time to recharge my creative batteries. Family time, nature walks, and those quiet moments of introspection have reenergized me, filling my creative well to the brim. This break not only refreshed me but also brought a wealth of new ideas and perspectives to share with you all!

In Autumn, we delved into a series of fun and engaging tutorials, from exploring the vibrant world of new pencil crayons to creating the wildly popular “I Want Candy” wreath layout. Your unique interpretations and creations brought these tutorials to life in the most amazing ways.

Winter brought our second virtual event of the year – the Holiday Sketch Camp. It was a festive feast of creativity and joy! The enthusiasm and talent you all showed were nothing short of inspiring. Teaching and interacting with you during this event was a highlight for me. Seeing your holiday-themed creations and sharing in your artistic journey brought so much joy and warmth to the season. This event was a perfect wrap-up to our year!
